1. Subscription does not guarantee wealth

Subscribing to a UGA NETWORK share does not automatically make you a millionaire or guarantee that you will make money. The benefits and rewards presented are based on the UGA NETWORK model and are subject to qualification and compliance with the Company's rules.

2. Participation and qualification

Members must follow all UGA NETWORK rules, procedures, requirements and applicable terms in order to qualify for the different Blocks and their associated benefits or rewards. Simply purchasing a share does not mean that a member has automatically qualified for every Block or reward.

3. Member responsibility

Each member is responsible for understanding and following the Company's rules and requirements. A member who fails to complete the required actions, qualifications or share-related requirements may fail to qualify for certain Blocks, benefits or rewards.

4. Person who introduces you

The person who introduces or refers you to UGA NETWORK is not responsible for any loss, missed qualification, missed reward or other financial consequence that you may incur as a result of your own failure to comply with the Company's rules or requirements. Your participation and qualification remain your own responsibility.

5. Company dividends

UGA NETWORK shares may provide shareholders with participation in dividends only when the Company decides and is legally permitted to distribute distributable profits. Dividends are not guaranteed. The Company may retain profits for business expansion, reserves, operations or other approved corporate purposes instead of distributing them.

6. Rewards are subject to conditions

Any cash, property, vehicle, travel, technology or other reward presented in the UGA NETWORK model is subject to the applicable qualification requirements, availability, Company rules and final written terms. Stated values should not be interpreted as guaranteed cash returns.

7. Business and investment risk

All business and investment activities involve risk. Company performance, profits, asset values and future distributions may vary. Members and shareholders should carefully review the Company's terms before participating.

8. Final terms

The final rights, obligations, qualification requirements, rewards, dividend arrangements and other conditions shall be governed by the Company's approved legal documents, policies, agreements and applicable laws and regulations.
